It's a reuben that fits in your hand. 4 bites...gone...then you can have another one. And another, and another... :)

(WHAT YOU WILL NEED)
1 pound corned beef, sliced thin
1 8-ounce package swiss cheese slices, torn into fours
1 16-ounce cocktail rye
Thousand Island dressing
1 container sauerkraut, drained
2 cookie sheets
non-stick cooking spray
Note: there are approx. 42 slices of bread in the pack, which makes 21 sandwiches
You will not use all the ingredients, just the bread. So if you want to make more sandwiches, buy 2 packs of bread and you can keep making them until you run out
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray 1 cookie sheet lightly with non-stick spray. Lay out 12 slices of bread and assemble your sandwiches: cheese, 1 slice corned beef, thousand island dressing, sauerkraut.
Place another slice of bread on top of the sandwiches
Place other cookie sheet on top of the sandwiches and press down slightly. This will help them become crispy, and stop the bread from curling up
Bake for 13 minutes
Remove to platter and serve, then make your second batch
